Your workspace data.

This page describes how this installation handles account and product data. It does not replace a reviewed commercial privacy policy.

Account information

Your name, business name, and email identify your workspace. Passwords are stored as hashes. A separate recovery-code hash lets you recover your account. Signup currently does not verify ownership of your email address.

Connected services

Provider keys and WordPress credentials are encrypted at rest in the customer workspace. They are decrypted by the server only to use your connected services. The server operator can administer the installation; encryption is not end-to-end.

Content and visitor data

Articles, keywords, and assistant enquiries are private to their workspace. When you use an AI feature, the prompt and relevant business information are sent to your chosen AI provider. Publishing sends approved content to your WordPress website. Assistant visitors explicitly consent before leaving an enquiry.

Native products

Support and booking also store account and workflow data in their dedicated applications. Calendar and connected-channel providers handle data according to their own settings and policies.

Recovery and retention

Use your saved recovery code for workspace access. Automated email recovery, account deletion, a retention policy, and automated purchase verification are not implemented yet. Contact the Coldvane operator through your existing purchase or support channel for account and data requests.
