Coldvane Support

A useful beginning.

Start with your own account. Bring your business information and connect your services when you’re ready.

  1. Create your account

    Use your name, business name, email, and a password of at least 12 characters. Save the recovery code shown once after signup. Each product currently uses a separate account.

  2. Activate your license

    Enter the product license code issued by Coldvane. Account creation is free; live tools require activation. Use the product code provided with your purchase or by the Coldvane team.

  3. Open your product workspace

    Set up your dedicated inbox account using your current workspace password. Then log into your inbox, create a website channel, and install its chat widget.

  4. Welcome the first conversation

    Send a test message from your website and reply from your inbox. Invite teammates only when transactional email is configured.
